16/12/17: kawen. Ramai tanya da minta tukar/pindah? I just smiled and say i will mohon. Lalalala.. Why they dun ask the same question to my husband? 😂 So paham2 sendiri u r the one to apply. 😑🙆
26/1/18: Sent the application form to Kudat and bos noted.
2/2/18: Received back the application form in good condition tru Dandun's driver. Alhamdulillah the usual p.i.c also worked smooth and helped me. 😮😮😮. Bos da sign yeay, bos da sign yeay! But... must with pengganti
5/2/18: Went to JKNS to send the form
23/2/18: Timbalan pengarah Kesihatan Negeri Sabah came to Kudat for a visit/meeting. With bare face and increased inches thickness😅, plus palpitated heart, i personally asked him very politely huhuhu did he receive and sign my form? He said YES!! Im blushed, nasib tak pengsan. (Siapalah aku..siapalah aku nak tanya dia da sign belum my form!- bergegaq lutut wei)
Immediately called the jkns to hold my form, but they sent it. I asked for the copies. No matter what, i wanted to do it on my own. Bought the pricey flight ticket 💸💸💸. I wanted to go and send it myself next week, as the p.i.c KKM said, to be on her table before/by 1-2 March 2018.
26/2/18: Went to JKNS to take my form. Form was signed and stated 'pengganti kemudian'..😭 terharu dan bersyukur.
27/2/18: Drove again to KK,(semalam punya penat belum habis) arrived Selangor 10pm
28/2/18 early morning went to KKM to send the form by hand then went back to Sabah at 0515pm.
31/3/18: Result: positive. 😭
